The INFOCOM 2011 TPC meeting will be held at the University of California Los Angeles on Saturday, November 13, 2010, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

TPC Meeting:

Location: Mathematical Sciences Building Room 4000A, University of CaliforniaLos Angeles.UCLA is in the town of Westwood within the city of Los Angeles.UCLA is bounded by Veteran Blvd. on the west, Sunset Blvd. on the north, Hilgard Ave. on the east and Wilshire Blvd. on the south.The Mathematical Sciences Building is located in the middle of the UCLA campus in Westwood, Los Angeles, California behind Boelter Hall (http://www.math.ucla.edu/deptinfo/mathsci.shtml).

Buses will be provided from the LAX Hilton for all TPC members staying at the hotel or staying nearby. The buses will leave at 7:30 and 7:45 am. A continental breakfast will be available at the meeting site from 8:00 until 9:00 am.

If you are driving from the Hilton or the Los Angeles International Airport, take the 405 Freeway heading north.Take the Wilshire Blvd. off-ramp heading east (toward the town of Westwood).Turn left on Westwood Blvd.Continue heading north on Westwood Blvd., through the small town of Westwood, and onto the UCLA campus.

Parking has been reserved for 15 spaces under group name INFOCOM. Saturday, November 13 in structure 9YL. The first 15 to park will get complimentary parking. Please stop at the parking kiosk, very visible in the center divider of Westwood Blvd, to get the permit sticker. After that the cost will be $10 for the day. Boelter Hall is part of the Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, located in the South Campus area of UCLA. If the restaurant is not within walking distance, there will be buses to take the members to the restaurant from campus and again from the restaurant back to the hotel.

The TPC meeting is an important phase in the paper selection process. Many borderline papers will be discussed at the meeting. Your participation is very important and is expected.

How to Attend:
We got a great hotel rate ($69/night) again with the Airport Hilton. There will be buses to take the TPC members from the hotel to the TPC meeting rooms and back to the hotel. There will also be a TPC dinner Saturday night for those who can stay a little longer after the TPC meeting. If needed, transportation is provided for the TPC dinner as well.

If you have not already done so, please indicate on EDAS by Friday, 10/08/2010, whether you will be attending the TPC meeting. To do this, on EDAS please click on "My TPC's in the row next to INFOCOM 2011, you will find a column labeled "TPC Meeting". Clicking on the icon will bring you to the page where you can confirm your participation in the meeting, the dinner, and whether you will need to park on campus.

Any INFOCOM executive committee members and others that are not on EDAS and plan to attend the TPC meeting, please send an email to Debora Kingston (d.kingston@comsoc.org) with TPC Meeting Arrangements in the subject line so that we have an accurate head-count.
