Application for attending INFOCOM major conference (Sponsored by Student Activity Committee)

This year, INFOCOM Student Activity Committee will support 200 chinese students to attend the INFOCOM major conference with only 200 RMB charge. Any students who Apply to this chance should complete following procedures,

Step 1、Submitting an application package to haibozhou@sjtu.edu.cn, including a resume; a supporting letter.

Step 2、 Waiting for the qualification check by Student Activity Committee.

Step 3、 Attending the INFOCOM Student Activities.

Step 4、 Attending the INFOCOM Major Conference.

(Note: Only first 200 enrolled students can get the chance. In addition, there are no free CD proceeding and lunch offer.)

Application for attending INFOCOM student activities and dinner

We can only invite 200 students to participate our activities and dinner except the authors of poster/demo, due to the scale of the dinner site. The applicants should submit the resume to haibozhou@sjtu.edu.cn and enroll there, also only the first 200 students can get the chance.

Important Dates

Two-page demo/poster abstract due by: 11:59pm (GMT), ~~March 21, 2011~~ ~~March 28, 2011.~~

Notification of demo/poster acceptance: April 3, 2011
Ceremony for Huawei BEST DEMO/POSTER AWARD : 18:00-18:20, April 10, 2011

Huawei Best Demo/Poster Award Gifts:

1) First prize gifts: 2 People, iPad.

2) Second prize gifts: 4 People, iPod Touch.

3) Third prize: 4 People, iPod Mini.

(Note: All the students whose Demo/Poster is accepted by INFOCOM STUDENT ACTIVITY 2011 will have chance to win these gifts.)
